Head Sizing and Hat Shaping

When measuring the size of your head, use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your head where you would like your hat to sit (typically just above your ears and eyebrows).
Pull the measuring tape as tight as you are comfortable with wearing your hat, (usually snug).
When figuring out the shape of your head, use a smooth wire and wrap it around your head (the same as you did with the measuring tape).
Twist off the wire and then gently remove it from your head. Then match it to one of the shapes on this guide.
If you don’t have a wire and are able to try on hats, you can also determine your shape by noticing where your head feels the most pressure while wearing a hat.
